A conversation heard recently in the May household between Valie and me:
Valie: Can I have some candy?
Me: No
Valie: Please!
Me: No
Valie: Why not?!
Me: You didn't eat your dinner.
Valie: If you give me some candy, um, I'll give you a trophy....
Me: what?

LOL! That's hilarious!! I've heard of being bribed with many things before, but I have to admit a trophy is new to the list! What a cutie. :)
